Jordan Sobon, LNHA, MBA, MPH

Jordan graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Master’s in Business and a Master’s in Public Health. After graduating, she moved to Brooklyn to begin working at CareRite sister community, The Grand Pavilion in Rockville Centre as the Director of Concierge Services. Jordan has a passion for working with the geriatric population, spending three years working in assisted living before transitioning to the skilled nursing setting as The Director of Concierge Services. Jordan thrived as the Director of Concierge Services, and after receiving her LNHA, received a well deserved promotion, transitioning to The Riverside as Assistant Administrator. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys staying active and spending time with friends.
