Caroll McKenzie-Morgan, RN, MSN, ANP/GNP-BC

Caroll McKenzie-Morgan comes to The Riverside with varied experiences in Long Term Care. She believes that long term care is her true calling, even as a youngster she was always drawn to helping the elderly. She began her career at age eighteen as a CNA while pursing her BSN at Herbert Lehman College. After graduating, she worked as a Staff RN, Nurse Manager/Supervisor, Assistant Director of Nursing and then as a Director of Nursing. She went on to receive her MSN with a concentration in Adult and Gerontological Nursing from Hunter College. She subsequently received her Board Certification in both areas from the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). Caroll feels being dedicated and compassionate speaks volumes in itself (especially with working with the elderly), and that it can be clearly measured by not only what’s being said, but from our daily interactions to this specialized population.
