Nassem Sathi

Nassem began working in the long-term care field in 2017, when she was employed as a Staffing Coordinator/Payroll Representative. As someone who strives for excellence, she was soon promoted to Director of Human Resources and Staffing at one of the leading long-term companies in the Metropolitan area. Nassem recently joined our family, as Vice President of Staffing and Recruitment. Her love for people, drive, passion and commitment to her work and those whom she serves, continue to motivate her to excellence on a daily basis. Nassem Is a very organized individual, who believes that loyalty and integrity is of utmost importance for anyone who wishes to succeed in life. She loves what she does and is very passionate in the performance of her duties. She strives to make a positive difference in the organization for which she works, as well as in the lives of the people she serves. Nassem arrives at work each day, excited at the prospect of making a positive difference. She believes in the fact that one should love whatever they do in life and live their lives in a spirit of thankfulness. She believes this gives us the strength and courage to always do our best regardless of how challenging our circumstances might be.
