Joni Gostin

A graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Education and a Master’s Degree in English, she began her career in Healthcare as Administrative Assistant to the Administrator of Kateri Residence in 1993 and the Director of Nursing in 2001. During the transition from Kateri Residence to The Riverside in 2013, she was asked to take on the role of Director of Medical Records. Her long term experience in healthcare in these varied roles has given her a unique perspective of the challenges and rewards that comes with working in the Healthcare Industry and with the nursing home population. She shared, "I look forward to continuing to give back by servicing the Riverside Community and providing the care and expertise that help the Residents and families in my capacity as Director of Medical Records."
