Garfield Hinds
Director of Food Services
Garfield Hinds is the Director of Food Services at the Riverside. Garfield was born in Kingston, Jamaica and migrated to the United States in 1982. He graduated from Adelphi University, where he completed a Food Management program. Garfield comes to the Riverside with 27 years experience in hospital, nursing home and long-term care settings. He supervises the daily operation of the Dietary Department. He firmly believes that attitude and results are as vital as expertise."
